My son was a minor n was directed by a mgnr to help in the truck unload n use a pallor jack n he didn't have a clue he said he tried telling him he can't n was reprimanded n when the pallet jack broke a case of water he was screamed at by the other store mgnr. N he told him ur not my mother or father to b screaming at me n he quit. They have union someone should report these things to the union it's ridiculous hope your doin well n thank u for serving our country.

Pharmacy

No one answere the phone even after hours. Usually u can leave a msg for an order. Verizon says u cannot reach that number. All I wanted to do was refill a prescription , no place to leave RX #. On line customer service needs to reply to emails

contacted shoprite about loading coupons to my cards and when I went to redeem, they did not appear. a month or so later, I get an email response saying I did get the discount. replied that they were looking at my sister's account and provided my account number. never heard back from their customer service. hire someone with some customer service knowledge!

User's recommendation: hire some people who know how to respond to email and show true customer service.

Thanksgiving Turkey 2021

As others have described, I unwittingly purchased an item listed for the Free Turkey w/$400.00 purchase threshold. That saved me $3.59, however, that was not my "item of choice" for Redemption. I contacted Shoprite on their 800 number & spoke with a Customer Service Rep. I explained that the automatic deduction of $3.59 was not for "my" item of choice, but, rather that of their register. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, the CSR returned to advise that she had credited my Holiday Points back to my account. I applaud Shoprite's handling of the matter.

User's recommendation: Always review your receipt, read all of the flyer fine print and contact Customer Service if you are not satisfied. I am Shoprite will make good on reasonable concerns of this nature.

Complain of treatment at shoprite lenasia south

I purchased my monthly meat, went to pay, security and manager on duty too one of my meat parcels to reweigh. Apparently the security found something suspicious. I regularly purchase my meat from shoprite and get my meat cut by a friendly butcher who knows how I like the meat cut. This was the first time I had this experience. The butcher is friendly and professional. This incident occurred on the morning of Saturday 30 October

On-line orders

I recently purchase groceries on-line (Fox Street) on 10/31/2921. When I received my orders, at least three of the items were not included in my purchase, but I was charged for these items. I telephone the Fox Street and explained my issue. The employee stated that she would get back to me. I have not heard from the employee. It seems there is always a problem when you order on-line (merchandise not delivered, wrong items you did not order, items missed and not replaced). What is the problem with this system?

Poor Customer Service

I have a question (Rather than a complaint) for the store manager regarding the customer service area. At the ShopRite- Ernston Road 2909 Washington Rd, Parlin NJ 08859 Around 730 this morning on Sunday 10/24, I was looking for a product in the tobacco area. I walked up to the counter, there was an employee behind the counter who was talking to another employee in front of the counter. I stood next (keeping social distancing) to the employee in front of the counter, waiting for the two to finish their conversation in Spanish. But both employees continued with their conversation, and when I said, excuse me, I have a question to ask. I was told one moment, and they continued on with their conversation. So my question is, did ShopRite change the procedure for helping customers?

Never respond to emails, why even have an email address or contact information?

when uploading coupons on a Sunday, for some reason they don't always upload to your card. when you go to the store and check out, I have been repeatedly told, the coupons were not uploaded. when you email customer service regarding anything, and I mean anything, you never get a reply.

The rules behind the Customer Service area on the wall

I wanted to buy bacon that was on sale but unavailable. I asked the customer service (Samantha) what was the alternative for the bacon since none was available. We don't offer alternatives. I asked to speak with the mgr. (David Rogers) he agreed with the customer service person, even though the sign said they would give an alternative if the stock ran out. No oneseems to understand the sign that was clearly displayed at the store.

My mother was attracted with a baseball bat. I have been trying to get a hold of customers service and still currently waiting on a representative, I have followed all proper channels. And now it looks like I'm a no call no show

Employee complaint

I came in to shop around 11:30pm at SHOPRITE OF CLARK 76 central Avenue Clark , NJ 07066 After I got my list in cart I have reached to a salesperson and request for check out through my Wic checks the salesperson said we are closed at registers I have requested him to check me out he replied after contacting someone via text through his cell and replied Im the only person at night shift with stocking team I cannot help you you can come back tomorrow. Stop weekly circular while on vacation
