Terrible experience

Ordered pick for today (2:00- 2:30) today finally got at 2:55pm! Took most of time getting Customer's that couldn't show up at appointed time! Told 4 in front but 8 orders before us! We were 15 minutes early! It doesn't end there, I called in to speak with (11) times (4) minutes at a time with zero answer! We know why! ShopRite Management doesn't care what is going on! They already have there money! Called CEO admin ext: 138 she really didn't seem to have a problem! Waited (40) minutes on hold at call center, absolutely rude! If I didn't mention we would not have even asked information! Pretty obvious this organization could careless about experience! Or how there stores are run! As the Customer I can't control how they run there stores, but I can control where I spend my money! To upper level Management your customer doesn't work for you! Thank you for the experience! Will not be back anytime soon!

Attempted to register my account did it about 4-5 times and it will not accept the account email. Don't know what is stopping it! No support from stores at Somers Point or Egg Harbor Township. One of the worst online experiences I have had. Don't know what the problem is, Can't talk to anyone to fix it, stores don't know anything about it. Not customer friendly until you register complete and it will not let me. What does one do? Shop at Acme, Target, Walmart and Sam's! At least one can get help!

Good afternoon,I am mrs.ivette a customer of your store.I mean that yesterday I went to the liquor store at 400marin Blvd jersey city and employee David Luna Gonzalez asked for box of Heineken says good afternoon and also please and I told him not to be me, l answered that he was out of the stores and not a bitch.I reported it to the store manager Carlos Alfaro. I did not get back to it for several days and the link had expired. Now I am locked out. Please let me complete my registration

Wreck less behavior in deliver during pandemic.

Had a home delivery. Suppose to have text or call prior to arrival. Delivery person showed up at door with delivery in touts. No prior notice. Started taking groceries out of touts, no gloves, no mask. Told to stop and give us 6 feet, he laughed. Even then he still broke the 6 foot safety zone and was told again. Shop Rite is unsafe, and does not have the senior group as a top priority should not be delivering to homes with this behavior. Person should not be delivering but most of all management should he held responsible for this gross miscarriage people at high risk. All our friends and families will not support Shop Rite of Norwich in the future.

Most shoprite in nj have allowed only a few people in the store at a time. This shoprite has many people not practicing the six foot distance. This is totally ridiculous because people are at risk with this covid19 virus. I will not go to your store due to this and not having senior citizen hours.

Shoprite unfair business practice

We tried on 2nd of Shoprite coupon ad to purchase the Tenderline at your coupon sale price &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; was told that the store did not have any. Two days later, we went to another shoprite in Bordentown, NJ, & again they had none and said they would not get any in, and they even said that they will not give rain checks for the item. This is clearly a "Unfair Business Practice", & fraud DadsDo to the public & your regular customers.

Poor safety measures for Coronavirus

I went to the Shop Rite in Lincoln Park and was very upset with the lack of safety measures there. The young man cashier did not have gloves on, when I pointed this out to the front manager, he was shocked! Really! Isnt it his responsibility to be aware of this. He then took him off, and another cashier on with gloves. As I looked over at the self-check out area the young man working that area, also did not have gloves and again, the front manager, was completely unaware. He made me think of the husband who couldnt find anything in the refrigerator and had to ask his wife, because he is simply not observant. Then the aisles are not marked as one way so, people are going up and down and it is almost impossible to keep the 6 apart. All the customers had masks but were not all wearing gloves. Gloves are available at other stores, such as Kings, Stop&Shop, Wegmans. In fact, I was able to wear one pair of gloves going in, and then take them off as I left and put clean gloves on when I went to my car. The front end manager and the store manager actually were annoyed that I was making it an issue that the cashiers did not have gloves on. Really, Shop-Rite should have a policy that requires everyone to wear masks and gloves. I sincerely hope this issue will be addressed.

I was accused of stealing! The security man didn’t care what I work for insta cart and I’m in the building 3-6 times a day. I told him I couldn’t use the instacart credit card. I ran to my car for the 3$ to pay the $2.44 for the old ale turnovers but he grabbed me, started treating me like a low level person of society, kept threatening me with the cops, and now o have to pay $75 after he fired me to sign things I couldn’t even read. I really want to speak to someone.
