I shop at your store in Enfield every week Today while there a customer got up in my face about blocking the potatoes Used VERY vulgar language Then went and complained to a manager I had no mask on Due to medical issues I can not and do not wear a mask Have NEVER had an issue before Front end manager came to talk to me then sent another manager He at first said it was a law that you have to wear a mask I corrected him because it is not a law He then told me mask or leave I said I had medical issues which he could care less about cause he told me I had to leave He definitely discriminated against me for having medical issues Very livid

Late flyer

They sent me a flyer 4 days only effective 10/11 the problem is I received it today 10/21 a little late. Im always at the shop rite and look forward to the sales flyer this one was already expired by the time I received it.

Hello, I am a frequent shopper at this location. An Item I happened to be looking for was misplaced to another Location in the store (Which later found MYSELF) I approached the Customer Service station in the center of the registers, to Try and ask for HELP! The young red head girl. Her name was Joanna was to BUSY not hearing my help call being very flirtatious to Another store worker! Unnecessary professionalism. As I was a Customer in need of health care. But the employee was laughing and joking with other guys. While she should have been helping Your Customers!

I went to shop rite in Patchogue NY off sunrise highway . I forgot my mask because I was in a rental vehicle and did not have my belongings with me . I walked in and asked where can I get a mask and was directed towards a table in the middle of the store . As I was walking to the table I was rudely yelled at by an employee as I was walking by that I need a mask. Then as I approached the table I was looking for the masks And as I was about to ask an employee standing there he cut me off to (once again spoken to in a rude manner ) that I needed a mask . I couldnt even open my mouth to ask for a mask . I shop at shop rite w way week for my family and spend over $200 in that store weekly and I will assure you I will not be going back! The employees need to learn how to speak to the customers with respect and how to be courteous and not speak to them rude and condescending . I will never shop at this store or any shop rite ever again I immediately left and went right up the road and went to meat farms where I was spoken to with respect and when I asked them for a mask they were not rude and nasty to me .

this has never happened to me before. All i ask was to do my water.am 71yrs old. Usually your workers are VERY respectful. Not a peep and do what you ask of them.That,s why i was taken back.a sign should be put no assistance in self serve one last remark i would never report a worker . People need their income. But i know how hard Shoprite has worked for your reputation. Manager finaly showed after i ask for him young man @courtesy said sir i will help u.. .This was Saturday @730pm THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER

My son was a minor n was directed by a mgnr to help in the truck unload n use a pallor jack n he didn't have a clue he said he tried telling him he can't n was reprimanded n when the pallet jack broke a case of water he was screamed at by the other store mgnr. N he told him ur not my mother or father to b screaming at me n he quit. They have union someone should report these things to the union it's ridiculous hope your doin well n thank u for serving our country.

No the father is fighting them for him. His son is a grown man and does not need his dad stepping in every time he has an issue at work.

Also I am sure there is more to this story. Either the father is not telling the whole story, or the son did not tell the whole story to his father.

Wow!! What a loser you are sir!!

Your child is the one who needs to do the right thing, not the employer!! Besides, you have no right to demand anyone contact you from HR. It’s not about YOU! If your child didn’t do what was needed in order to get the day off then that is 1000% on him.

It always amazes me that people like you seem to think that your problems are so much bigger then everyone else. So much so that you would put your child’s job in jeopardy by demanding and interfering with it. I guess you will get the help from your child but it will cost him his job. Your status as a vet has literally nothing at all to do with his ability to get time off.

It’s just another self entitled vet trying to use any card they can to generate sympathy. It won’t work. While your service all those years ago is appreciated, it is nothing but a pity card now. The extremely laughable part is that for some reason you think you’re contacting them!

They don’t monitor third party websites. All you have done is go on the web and show YOUR ISSUES to the public. This is why everyone is going to tell you that you need to let your child handle his own business. You should probably find someone else to assist you.

Maybe one of your old military buddies will honor that veterans card. Maybe take a Uber or Lyft. Even a taxi would work. Or you know you could just wait at the hospital until your child gets off of work.

Stop trying to use your life issues to force others to do for you. If you can’t do for yourself then find a way around the problem.

Maybe I did not include all the particulars but he asked for and was approved for a day off especially when he never takes off and has a ton of time built up but I didn't think I was to spell everything out to someone that does not know me and obviously you are not one who served their country.

Something is going on at the Ewing Twp Olden Ave store. Their low stock on key items, even bread deliveries is strange. Every other Shoprite and I have been in several in NJ and PA, have stock. I spoke to a young manager who claims they order product but dont receive it, that the store is overlooked. Maybe it is an employee issue or a health issue but it is very strange.e

Possible price gauging on Lysol Disinfectant Spray...

About 1 week ago I was shopping in my Shop-Rite store in Howell,N.J. and I spotted 1 can of Lysol Disinfectant spray which has been unavailable pretty much sine last March..I thought I must have been blessed so I immediately put it in my shopping cart..When I was checking out at the register I asked to cashier to please check the price of the Lysol before I paid for it...The price check revealed a price of $7.39 I shouted WHAT!!..That looks like the same Lysol Spray Disinfectant that I have been buying there several times and always paid $3.99 so I told the cashier to put it back because I refused to pay the increased price...Can somebody from Shop-Rite tell me that you are not price gauging this item....Would like to hear your explanation...Thank You...My Shop-Rite Price Plus Club Card is 471081****82....

Covid prevention

HaI saw a staff in New Platz store with a visor type contraption on that did not cover her mouth and nose. Many inches from plastic round piece in front of her face. Told her it did not protect anyone. She said it was given to her by Shop RIte management. I spoke to manager of the store and he confirmed this. This is really absurd to expect customers to wear a mask and then have staff unprotected in plastic visors. Time to change this misguided error at once.

My stepdaughter mistakenly purchased two large cans of tomato sauce instead of four small cans. When I asked her to return and exchange the product, she was told that she was not allowed to do it. In disbelief, I drove appx 2 miles and confirmed the fact. I was told because of the virus the policy is no returns. I can accept such policy for any other items, except anything canned. My wife and I have been an avid shoppers at Shoprite for many, many years, even though we live practically next door to Stop and Shop. Please tell me why we should continue to shop at Shoprite, or tell me it was a misunderstanding by your employee.

Their is no Social Distancing at this Clinton Ct. Location. I was bagging my groceries no assistance from cashier. The Main Problem was the cashier while I am bagging is allowing and taking more orders. Which the person is next to me and putting her purse and hovering over my groceries. The cashier should of waited until I was finished with my order. I am in my seventies and I have not left my house until this past Friday, if I should become I'll, it would of been because of contact because of your cashier.

Shoprite from home messed up on payment

Put order in online for delivery. Gave snap number as payment . The require another form of payment also so gave my checking debit card. Remember snap is first and debit is for anything non food and service fees. Well they used my debit card only did not use snap card. This hurt me as I just about had that amount inn there. Called cuts service. Told me to call 1800 shoprite. They told me to call the store. Store ha s.no records of any Card numbers used. Ask to spray to manager. Told she is no in and to call back tomorrow..I will! Want to.know why this happened and can it happen again. This is very annoying! Very Posses off!!!!
