Upset, Discrimination

I was working in Shop-Rite Floral Dept for about a year, making Shop-Rite a very good Net Gross Profit, when I was suddenly terminated from Floral and made a "Bagger" b/c of the way I talk, my speech/language disability. The customers really liked me in Floral.

Dissatisfied with produce

We purchased a 2 lb bag of bowl and basket shrimp side 16/20 to a pound The bag indicated that we would get 32 to 40 shrimp. We opened the bag this am to cook for company tonight and there was only 23 shrimp in the bag We were very disappointed

Extremely rude associates and ridiculous policy, that I don’t think it’s truly a ShopRite policy

Had a significant problem in one of your local ShopRite, called customer service listened to a six minute message hit every prompt to be told that there was nobody to answer the call at this time and then it disconnects

Bowl and basket eggnoodles

I bought then twice n each time they turned to mush I followed the instructions n still discussing. U need to work on them. I love everything else bowl and basket.

Mask Mandates

Our Franklin Township has mask mandates but our ShopRite in Somerset will not enforce it. The manager told me that! So frustrating! I called the number listed but the Customer Care Dept told me to call another number. I will try that on Monday. It probably won't do any good. They don't want to hassle any customers!

Bad packaging design

Half and half from bowl and basket looks almost identical to fat free half and half which is a completely different product and is notably not containing half and half! Ive seen it accidentally purchased 8times by family members and thrown away. Its gross, milk substitute. You must update the packaging so people stop being confused by it.

Dissatisfied with product

Basket and Bowl French Vanilla Creamer. The taste is awful. I generally use Coffee-Mate. Often it is not available when I get to the market and I regrettably pick up Basket and Bowl. I am always disappointed. Today I emptied a quart bottle I used 2x and I just do not want it tomorrow morning. Exp is 6/17/22. I will say Im curious if Im tasting preservatives to make it last 5 months.

SUBJECT: Web Site Operation Dear Customer Service: Ive ordered groceries via the ShopRite website twice now and although the service is great, I do have a couple of issues that I have a problem with: 1. I never remember everything I need on my first attempt at placing my order. With todays order, I forgot dishwashing liquid, peanuts, several bottles of fruit juice, and a few other things. I would have liked to have kept the order open for a day or two so that I could add items as they came to mind, BEFORE picking a delivery time and placing my order. 2.When I attempted to add items last evening when I thought of them, the site would have allowed it ONLY if I entered my contact and credit card info all over again! I found it to be quite complicated the first time, so I didnt want to go through that again. You lost money because you are making it difficult. Please change the way this is set up so that me and other folks can keep shopping at ShopRite. Thank you for your understanding. Alice M. Ouellette Wallingford, CT

To whom it may concern I was in ShopRite today grabbing a couple of things I was in line a lady cut me in line I let her know that I was next and she said I was too far back but I was standing 6 feet from the person in front of me she began to say oh well too bad I told her she didn't have to be rude as I'm standing there with my five-year-old grandchild the cashier proceeded to ring my things up she had an attitude the whole time I asked her why she getting smart with me she said I was being rude to the lady in front of me I then let her know that she didn't know what was going on and it was none of her concern she then proceeded to tell me that the lady was older than me and she was moving her hands and her head while she was talking to me I asked her where was her manager she said you can get the manager I do not care after I said something about manager she stopped ringing my groceries I let her know she was being very rude and very disrespectful as I'm standing there with my five-year-old grandchild she called someone over and told me well you can talk to her I proceeded to tell the young lady what was going on the young lady apologize to me this was the worst customer service that I had in a very long time her name was Michelle and I really don't think she cares about her job the way she was acting towards me hopefully someone can train her again and let her know what she did was wrong

ShopRite - Bad customer service
Went to shop sale Greek yogurt 12 yogurts for $12 plus my digital coupon $4 discount register didnt take the sale not a problem sometimes happens went to customer service like many times they just readjust but Nancy at customer service in shoprite rot 109 West Babylon NY insist it doesnt apply even I show flyer and digital coupon with clear picture asked for Manager Ro who never came to talk to me just sent Nancy to say it is a no go. I wanted to show him flyer and picture.
